Hi and thanks for visiting my blog!

I am a mother of one living in Canberra, Australia with my husband and beautiful son. I have always been creative and have been making gifts for my friends and family for years.

I adore all things handmade and one of the things I plan to use this blog for is to not only share my creations but also those of other talented artists and designers that I come across while browsing handmade websites. I also plan to showcase what materials and media I am inspired by and creating with at the moment and hopefully get your opinions on them!

I have been addicted to shopping in the numerous stores at etsy.com for some time and have recently discovered madeit.com.au. I really enjoy browsing through all the amazing and gorgeous handmade pieces being created by some very talented people around the world and particularly in Australia.

I had been considering opening an online store for awhile now to share my handmade creations with a wider range of people and now that I am on maternity leave (and am blessed with a very easy going baby!) I thought now was the perfect time to start!
